If it's a 3w amp, you SHOULD be able to drive a good cab off of it...
At LEAST a 1x12''...

Glue a foam dinner plate to the speaker. You will be amazed at the tone improvement.

yes potentiometers on the input line & out put line for post or pre amp chip vol adjustments,
+ a on off switch to save your battery!

You might want to find some kind of test enclosures for your speakers to get a better idea on how they would sound. Most speakers don't sound very well without a box, reguardless of size.

Cheers , Ive got an old stereo speaker (with box) and hiden the amp circuit inside, drilled a hole for the input jack, it kinda looks like an amp now :-)
