is someone thinks that gaining muscle is bad for LOSING WEIGHT, it's not about losing weight it's about LOSING FAT. and to lose fat it is necessary to build muscle which means that you burn a lot more calories

You can actually lose a third of your body weight in 4 days. Here's how:
Break your leg in a remote part of the Andes with an apporimately 25 mile crawl back to camp with no water or food like that guy in the film 'into the void'! (true story btw and the film is here on youtube)
Seriously though, cycling is probably the best way of burning fat off. Start with short distances of 6 miles per day and within a month you should've lost at least 14 Lbs

Easiest way to burn fat for all you people who want to lose it is to check sixpackshortcut It actually helps its just basic excerise by yourself no equipment :) Hate to say this but thumbs me up so other people can see if I am right/wrong>.>
@petrucci15 he burned some fat and gained some muscle, that's why he is only 5kg lighter

this guys is real, i mean those videos r the ones who tell truth!!!! not like other ones like in 7 weeks or 2 months, they got from skinnies to muscle or viceversa... keep it up mate!!! u r doing real good and do not pay attention to some jealous dumb comments!!!!!!!
