I had a chance to watch Confidential last night and the ood was suppose to be the same odd who first told the Doctor that his song was ending, so it makes a little more sense now

The Evil Doctor you reference is called the Valeyard, who shows up between the 12th and 13th. I thought of him right away too.

what episodes does Valeyard appear in? Someone else in the comments mentioned a comic book appearance. I really need to take the time to watch the old series... maybe i'll be able to get through the first 3 in January... hmmm...
