Notary Public's are able to provide a range of legal services including those required during the purchase or sale of Real Estate.

The steps taken when buying Real Estate is called a conveyance.

During this process the ownership of title to the property is conveyed from the seller (vendor) to the buyer (purchaser).

Notaries will prepare the forms and perform the actions necessary to facilitate this process.

They are often the most relied on yet most under appreciated in my opinion.
