  • Right On Mike!

  • I figured something out. DEALER PLATES! When you buy a car from a dealer you drive off the lot with dealer plates. If you have the Factory Title of Origin in your name, then you are same if you get pulled over. If you have dealer plates you will not get pulled over every 3 miles! The law typically says you can have dealer plates on your car until the DMV sends you your license plates. Since you are never going to register you car and get them, the dealer plates can remain on your car, slam dunk!

  • yeah wtf I want my gun rights! And I want this tyrannical gov. stopped! I want freedom!

  • always nice to see the Architect ! :-P

where do i get the manufacturers statement of origin for my land thogh?

  • Would they give you a license plate that says EXEMPT? You would have to get something on your vehicle or you would get pulled over every 3 miles.

  • A driver's license is merely permission for a person to propel a motorized vehicle on the public roads. A driver license has nothing to do with ownership. In essence, registration fees are not "rental" of the vehicle; they are merely a proportioning of and acquisition of funds required to build and repair roads. You notice that in most states the registration fees is based upon age, size and use of vehicle, and sometimes it value.

  • The Michael Badnarik clips are great. EveryOne should know this info.

    Pax Tecum!

  • Not being educated enough. I apparently know more about what it means to be American than I thought.

  • I'm fairly certain that is what he is saying.

But you do raise a good question. The roads, not being one's property could require a driver's license I suppose.

  • let me get this straight, you do not need a drivers license if you have one of these!?

A drivers license is a way to get permission to drive the states car? Not a way to get permission to drive on the roads?

The reason I ask is because one of my friends got his driver's license revoked...

How would that work out for him?

  • manufacture's statement of origin.. I should remember that..
