I never understood the point of an electric bike, but if I did this is the one I would buy...looks pretty sweet =D

@nycewheels you're right about service difficulties but c'mon man, for a bicycle, how often do you have to service? I've been riding my bike in the city few years, done about 1000miles with no service at all.
I know my comment would slow down your sales but as a consumer, this price is a bit too high if compare the technology, the look that we can get on the Gocycle.
like if you want to buy a civic but top up few bucks you can get an F1. I'll choose F1 everytime.

@Architectonic01 We also offer seat-post mounted battery packs but the bag mounted version works best. -BC

I also have the M2L up here in canada, do you work on the conversion if i sent the bike?

@coolruckus Absolutely. If you ship us the bike we will do the conversion and ship it right back to you. Turn around time is about a week depending on how busy we are. -Peter

This bike cost as same as the Gocycle but heavier about 12lbs. This is good if u already own a Brompton but if u buy a new bicycle check that Gocycle. It's way more hi-tech, more sleek design, originally designed as an e-bike at the first place.

@krirks The Gocycle is cool but try taking that in for service somewhere. It's about as easy as finding someone to work on your Formula 1 race car (same designer for that designed the Gocycle). If you want something that is going to work - and keep working for life - the Brompton electric bike. -Peter

@krirks I guess there are plenty of people who prefer an expensive cool looking product and perhaps the Gocycle is for them. To deny that bicycles need service is silly. All bicycles that are regularly ridden should have yearly tune ups either by the owner or by a shop to ensure they are in top shape. Anyway, let's stick to comments about the video rather than pushing another product here. Thanks! -Peter
