YOU SHOULD BE TALKING ABOUT LITTLE PUNK ASS KIDS WHO THINK THEY CAN DRIVE AND TEXT, OR WHO THINK THEY'RE ON A GODDAMN SLOLOM COURS EVERYWHERE THEY GO. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE, DON'T GET ON YOUR FUCKING PHONE, AND SLOW THE FUCK DOWN. DRIVING IS A PRIVELEDGE NOT A RIGHT. FURTHER MORE EACH STATE SHOULD HAVE AN ANNUAL RENEWAL TEST. A 10 PAGE, STUDY YOUR ASS OFF TEST. WITH SOME KIND OF PSYCHOLOGY TEST. ALONG WITH AN HOUR LONG PHYSICAL DRIVING TEST.

Your a fucking idiot, can you even drive? I bet not. A DUI will screw your life up. You will be heavily, maybe probation, loose you license for at least a year sometimes two (god forbid you live in a place that doesn't have good public trans. like 99% of the US) How will you work to pay those fines? Then you have to take classes that you have to pay for, THEN when you do get your license back your insurance will be in-FUCKING-sane. Why don't you just say ban alcohol? Our society in which we live encourages the use of alcohol so much, when alcohol is present bad things can happen and its legal and people do it. So I am confused because you seem ok with alcohol but the consequences are not acceptable? What?

I agree with you Zack 100% with the stricter laws. I feel after the Second offense your car, or Whom ever car your driving should be crushed. It should also go for people driving without a license. I drink probably more than I should, but never drink and drive. I have the wife drive. She doesn't drink. I make up for her share. lol Take care

@ControversialZack My father was charged with a DUI (Im not sure how many he's had) last year and his life is pretty much screwed because of it. And I'm glad. Alcohol is bad and people shouldn't drink it (especially) while driving.
