Judge being arrested for treason released by freemason police

Roger Hayes appeared in Court knowingly the Birkenhead judge Michael Peake would commit treason to hide the corruption going on in our courts. The BBC was there and all you will see from them on this monumental occasion was a brief piece on the Birkenhead local news n their website.

THEY Don't want you to know the court system has been proven to be corrupt. The freemen in court attempted to arrest the judge and the police arrested him, they clearly don't know the Law.

Still don't get this lawful rebellion. Can't find any reference to a section 61 of Magna Carta. apart from something that said King John disowned that part the moment the Barons left town. Not meaning to be rude but are you quite sure you have this all correct?

Putting religious and political controversy aside for a moment,it is a significant move in as much that it brought a fairly diverse bunch of people together,to share in (dare I say) a common cause. I wish people in Scotland would stand up to these corrupt bastards here,they do trials without Jury in all summary cases,they are kangaroo courts,people need to take the power back.

if the bill of rights 1689 is still in force in scotland which I believe is correct you all have the right to trial by jury you just have to demand it and ask for a judicial review if refused as the divisional court has ruled it to be not repealed and still in force pm me for more info.

@theredraven Article 61 was never created to allow normal people free or otherwise the right to so called Lawful Rebellion, Article 61 was created to allow English Barons the right to legally confront the King only after a violation of the articles of Magna Carta against 4 and only with agreement of 25 can action be taken also there have been 3 amendment to the origonal MC1215 and this was superceded in 1297 with the last MC under King Edward I with no article 61 at all.

The Barons' Committee invoked lawful rebellion after a quorum of 65 members petitioned the Queen on 7th of February 2001. The Telegraph ran an article of this petition on this date which was supported by 100,000 concerned citizens also, if you don't believe it look at the Telegraphs archives for proof. I believe other newspapers also reported on this possibly the Mail.
