This Standard Afton has a Royal Quiet Flush 2 valve, but has been updated with an auto-flush. It has the full American Standard gothic logo. It is probably from the early sixties. You can see the difference in flushes between this auto-flush model and the Afton with the original handle. This one flushes with much less water pressure.

  • sorry to say this but dont ya think its kinda random showing a toilet model on youtube.. ?_?

  • @D1llsta Not random at all! I am interested in plumbing the way some people are interested in antique cars or coke machines. Antique toilets are my thing! That is why I have filmed nearly 100 of them :) So unusual, yes. But random, no :)

  • Great find on that mid 60's logo!

  • Thank you. It is my favorite American Standard logo, other than the really old ones that state the model name, because it just looks so cool.

  • thats funny

  • Need to correct again: this A-S toilet is once again a Madera F-2222 due to the direct-fed siphon jet action.
