Really good animation. I like how you didn't just make his mouth move, but instead made his whole facial expresion change. It was really good. The only thing, you could see the outline of the cartoon guy's (whose name is escaping me) hair when he moved his head at 0:42. Other than that, it was really great. More than a little creepy, but good none the less.
