Finding a great post-workout nutrition drink can be hard to do and it can get really expensive paying $3+ dollars everytime you work out. I've found chocolate milk to be a relatively cheaper alternative than paying for a regular protein shake mix. It has the perfect carb to protein ratio and it will be quickly absorbed by the body and taken into the muscles. I wouldn't drink these all the time but just after your workout when your body needs some recover and also try not to drink a huge amount of it because the sugars can definitely add up
