how is the comfort on these? I mean as in is there any pinching or binding to where your ready to get them off?

That is one handsome dog.

@Manojalpah Oh wow, I didn't recognize him at all! ^^;;

@KovuTheHusky If all the comments on this video just talk about my dog, I will be so sad. XD But yes, he is all grown up!

Wow, they look really cool! :) That your dog seems to trust that you won't fall on him(?) at any moment is a good sign... :p

Wow these look great! I have a question or two though if you don't mind. First, would you say that these could potentially be used for running (is there any give or bounce)? And two, I noticed the spikes on the front; are those custom or did they come like that?

@Minute158 I wouldn't use these for running - there's no real springiness, and the joints are actually *really* stiff. I'm working on getting some lubricant for them, but right now it takes a non-substantial amount of effort to bend the joints, which I think is part of what hurts my balance.
The "spikes" you see are actually just the ends of the velcro straps holding the stilts on :)

Those look great. If they are intended for a particular costume, how do the proportions look once fully costumed and are you able to disguise the tips with a hoof or foot design without compromising function?

@mochazirra There is a nice hole that goes through the 'foot' of the stilts and looks designed for a hinged paw/hoof/toe attachment. This is what we're planning on doing, but haven't gotten it implemented yet. In terms of proportions, it's really working out well. You get an elongated sort of superhero vibe from it :)
