~~SUBSCRIBE!!!~~ UPDATE: PATCHED, along with every cod 4 mod you could possibly do, including rapid fire controllers.
TUTORIAL:
To perform this mod you need the following programs:
1. xport 360-to access your HDD
2. HxD or another hex editor- to mod your profile
3. modio- to rehash and resign the file
A google search should help you find these programs

i still use rapid fire every day i play (wich is like once in 1 week) and rapid fire isnt patched, only in cod5
