  • My birthday goal is to be at goal weight by my 39th birthday which is in april 6.5 months from yesterday. So in effect preferably, I'd love to get to goal within that time frame. I have 81.2 lbs left to lose i believe, so it's gonna be a challenge lol, but I think I can do it. No, I know I can do it. I have to, I need, to I want to, I must! I am the only one who can do this for me, and at this point I am competely ready. :o) our determination, focus and drive will make us succeed. xoxo

  • Just keep the focus and determination. Don't think of anything else... be patient and it will happen! :D good luck this week. I am not sure how much 1 stone is, but i just love the terminology. lol It sounds meaningful and full of history... lol

  • awesome Erica!!! i've been back at it for the past 11 days and counting, and it feel so good to be working on it!! it helps me feel a bit better all around. I'm so glad you are trying again. water drinking thing is helping me a LOT. It did last year too when i was doing well. I have upped the fruits and veggies, and lessened the dairy and meat. And 90% less prepackaged stuff. I have a tiny brekki, little bigger lunch, then a snack, decent supper, & bedtime snack. it's working well.

  • 5-7lbs is a big ask. maybe you should concentrate on 1-2lbs a week for sustainablilty?? good luck!
