@techristian you need to set up your midi filtering, that will change it all. The timecode is all you want? You want to filter out the pad as well as the button i suspect. Shift+4(midim filter), will get you to select which midi messages you want to filter. "CLOC" is good leave it alone, depending on what you want you will want to enable (Ena) or diable (diS). You will want yo change Pro9, CC, or note. Let me know if still have issues, I have a kp3 and kpro too, have tried SOOO many setups.
@AnimeCanuck MIDI out from Kaossilator Pro to KP3. The problem though is that the KP3 has taken over completely. I tried splitting them apart and no sounds could be hear from the Korg kaossilator Pro.

Do you have the two of them hooked in together? It looks like they're synched the way that they lit up the same near the beginning.
