  • Your ham looks so delicious and I would love to make it for New Year's day, but I can't hear what you are saying. Are your recipes written out anywhere? What is the brown sugar mixed with to make the paste? Do you cook the ham in a liquid?

  • @dlroach18 Thank you. The night before I bake my ham, I pour 2 cups of pineapple juice over the ham, cover and place in the fridge. The next day let ham get to room temp. This takes about 2 hours. Uncover ham. In a bowl add 2 cups dark brown sugar, spoon some of the juice from the ham to make a paste, set a side. Bake ham at 325 degrees for 1 hour. rub paste all over ham. Bake for 1 more hour. Baste every 25 minutes with the pan juices. If ham starts to get too brown cover with foil.

  • MGR,

Why do you allow some idiot to get on the tube to speak on a matter which

has nothing to do with the topic of intrest or is a product of a phased or false

front an appearance intented to decieve one in order to captivate their attention whille permoting a message which by anyother means may not be productive

and then for you to state that, the comments for that particular article has been

eliminated, What the Hell does that say about YOU.

  • @hermanmccloud I really have no idea what you are talking about. This is my channel and if you don't like it don't watch it. I have a right to post whatever I want. • I love your videos and recipes...please keep making them. I have learned so much. Thanks, Tess

  • I did not use pineapple slices. You can add pineapple slices after you add the brown sugar glaze the first time. On the video I had soaked the ham in pineapple juice over night. I sometimes do both. soaking the ham takes the ham from good to WOW! you can also add cherries to the middle of your pineapple slices. Enjoy ! Thanks, Darlene

  • Thanks for the great video! I wonder when I should put on the pineapple slices if I use them?
