Delicious hot burgers
1 lb of ground beef
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 jalapeno peppers
1 onion
grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese
hot sauce to taste
chutney to taste
lightly toasted bun

usually this makes 2 large burgers but in this video we opted to make 4 small burgers

  • Going thru all the 2011 vids for Praxxus' contest . . . and I have a tip for you . . .

    HOW TO KEEP FROM HAVING GOLF-BALL BURGERS: When you form your burger patties, make an [almost] hole in the center of the patty with your thumb. This will keep your burger from shrinking and getting so thick in the middle.

    It also gives you a place to put the Jalapenos!

  • Does sound spicy ;) You should try rooster brand hot sauce..it taste more like peppers and less like vinegar.
