@MrHoppers002 Eh?
-
lol sherlock was a boxer though.

Sherlock is like James Bond: you can tell who's read the source material just by reading the comments. "Sherlock isn't a boxer!" "Where's Bond's invisible car and laser-shark?"
-
@MrHoppers002 Well, she was a blackmailer in the story, so theft isn't a big leap.
-
@obiwanobiwan13 House is nothing like Holmes. He's just an asshole who screws up until there's only one viable option left.

@confusedmatthew I wanted to plug a TV series called "Sherlock" which can be streamed on Netflix for now. It's the stories of Sherlock Holmes, but set in present day and more faithful to the source material (from what I've read of the source material) than the Downey Jr. movies (which I enjoyed don't get me wrong). Great plots, screenplay, and acting...series 2 comes out this year!

im inspired towards the actions of the movie originally id start painting it but stuff i see in this movie all the science that i cant understand i dont even bother searching on wikipedia cuz i know the answere will not reply to my question therefor making another one, trust me wikipedia doesnt always make no sence but sometimes they could be really full of shit, im only drawn to action terror or adventure movies but something about Sherlock Holmes doesnt quite add up...

this movie made robert dowing jr. my new favorite actor.
I just want to point out, unlike Rachel Daws, Irene Adler was part of the original source material.

Style:
Stan talks a little then Matthew interrupts with some LOUD comments and starts ranting, with Stan in the middle of his sentence.
This happens all the time when you "co-review" and it is irritating. Others possibly like it, but I don't.
Content:
Both views are valid. And I've enjoyed the intellectual part of the debate.
Please try finding a way to reduce - but not eliminating - the number of times you interrupt Stan. Interruptions needed - inclining emotions etc.. but this is too much.

@Komamuram I'm touched that anyone suggested there was a style attached to the general reviews at all. General reviews are literally Stan and I talking about the movie as we would on the ride home or in the living room. Interruptions and what not are simply par for the course. Its the way we've communicated with one another since our lives began. Apologies to anyone who finds this overbearing, but this is simply the way it is. If it means anything, our friends and family find it so as well. lol
