I can't find a google translation for it, but it probably doesn't mean ass bud. They use a different set of symbols to express sounds that approximate English words and have three different symbol systems. Kanji, Hirogana, and Katakana that have different symbols for the same sounds. This title is in Katakana. I'm betting Google Translate uses Kanji.
