Top position like directly after a sprawl offers a good position to attack from. As you said it is a matter of the individual but as i have a striking backround I probably have a different approach to things.

@wondeboy12 Its all in what the judges like. You see it as top position, ChimeMan and I see it as defending an attack. The attack counts more than the defense.

the reason i like Caol so much is he is a gentleman. he never talks shit, and he respects his opponents even if they disrespect him, and his heart is unmatched, other fighters get tired and dont try. I see Caol fight and hes tired but he always pushes himself. he is talented, and there are not many fighters like him.

@wondeboy12 Only if you score a takedown off the sprawl, should you get points for it. Simply block and avoiding takedowns should score no points whatsoever.
If you take someone down off of a sprawl, of course that should score you points. But the distinction is easy to draw.
