For more information about how medical malpractice and accident cases work in the State of New York, I encourage you to explore my popular website http://www.oginski-law.com.

If you have specific legal questions, I urge you to pick up the phone and call me since I can answer your legal questions at 516-487-8207. I welcome your call.

  • @MillionDollarSuit I don't know. I only handle medical malpractice, accident and death cases here in the State of New York. Try contacting an attorney near you to answer to those questions.

  • I never met a lawyer who I liked.

  • @cheeriosinabowl Interesting point. However, I can point to lots of former clients who are thrilled with their choice of attorney.
