Runescape - Pyramid Plunder - The "No bank method" Sep 2010

The best equipment to use at pyramid plunder.
No banking required, ever.
However, it requires some things that take some time to get.... :)

Required:
1. Enhanced Excalibur; Elite version a huge plus.
2. Anti-Poison Totem
3. Full Penance; Wear Fighter hat or you are a noob. Just kidding =).
4.On regular prayer book for Redemption prayer; high prayer a huge plus, because the amount it heals is based on your prayer level.

--The Fastest Method possible--
As you can see, for this sample run i only opened half the urns on room 7. Usually you'll get 10/13 with the full 13 on room 8 though.
Two people using this method could get ~260kxp per hour or even over that... if they helped each other on an empty low ping world to get all the room 7 and 8 urns almost every time.
That is the best Thieving xp in the game.(As of Sep 2010)
Yes, bunyips and unicorns are good to bring, as they stay behind briefly in the previous room (to show the way) and provide substantial healing for a long time...
However, you can't say you can stay infinitely at Pyramid plunder with no banking. Can you?

The pouches and summoning potions will cost a little. Can you say you can do pyramid plunder at no cost?
