Me using my Neti Pot

I got this from walgreens for 14.99 but I believe it is even cheaper online, but you have to pay shipping. I was really nervous but in the end it really helps, so give it a try.

I have the exact same one! I use mine b/c every morning for several yrs I've been a 'cold hacker' you know coughing snot thru the mouth basically. Got sick of it and started using the neti pot, it's gotten MUCH better and plus I suffer from tonsil stones and the neti pot DEF helps keep those to a minimum along with other oral regimens.
