Say the prayer and then go through the sequence of hand positions. I am using the computer at the library and have no internet at home until Sat. I haven't listened to the video in a while, so I'll check it out when I'm back online Saturday. Namaste B

You don't have to believe in god.

You can replace the word pray with request or something similar.

You can replace the word god to someting you believe in or the word Universe or nature.

@Anupbuddha no, the resting position is just an alternate if you get tired during the session. So if it says jaw an then temple, you can do one normal jaw one normal temple, or you can do one resting jaw one resting temple. it's up to you
