does it stop the arrow from goin all the way through? because i shoot plastic fletches and i shoot at a target made out of sheet insulation and it shoots completley through and tears my fletches off

@Joey3110 the idea is , it's squishy...so the force from the bow is reduced as it attempts to go through....it loses all it's kinetic energy. ..which is dispersed through the squishy-ness.

is this safe to use on with a 70pound compound bow with broadheads at 320fps would it rip the fletchers off?

thanks for the idea, i made my own from a big heavy duty tarp and stuffed it with plastic bags i collected from my local old navy and mine has survived weather and hundreds of shots and counting. i use the tarp target as a backstop and i made another using a cardboard box and plastic bags that i use as my main target and it works great until my arrows start blowing massive holes in the back of the box.

Go to your local super market. Ask them to save their shrink wrap that all of the pallets of groceries come on. All they do is roll it up and throw it in the trash. Them them what you are going to do with it and it is to be used by everyone in the neighborhood that shoots archery. Make a bog like you see there. Stuff it with the shrink wrap and party on...No bow, how ever powerful with the smallest diameter arrow can penetrate it more than a couple inches. It never wears out.

I think the best material to fill the bag up is wool. (I learn it from Trophybow1 in youtube)...but this one is good as well.

i am showing all of you how to make a target get a box and put all your jeans that you want to throw away you know jeans its really hard so arrow can't go throw just don't used the sharp blade arrow just used the normal one that for practice shooting

Will this stop a Matthews MR6 60lb pull back with field tips or broad heads?????? i was wondering because my cousin has this type of bow and his penetrates mostly almost averything and its no fun so let me know :D
