Here is how to use it:
-Program can't generate you new keys. It's a duplicator, that duplicates your existing EU key.
-If you enter an invalid - or already used - game card code, it wont work.ú
-Please note that if you have a Russian Gamecard, you will not be able to use it. (nor US)
-Because the blizzard's algo is one way hash, it means you can't duplicated an already duplicated key.
1.)You have gamecard A.
2.)You dupe gamecard A to gamecard B.
3.)You can't dupe your gamecard B. But you have 2 gamecards now.

Howto use:

1.) Run the program.
2.) Log in.
3.) Enter an valid EU gamecard key.
4.) Press dupe button.
5.) Wait while generating your new key. It may take a while. (on 64bit processors its usually ~3minute)
6.) Now go to www.wow-europe.com/account - And activate your original gamecard, and the new one! Gratulation! :)

Story of GameCard Duplicator:
N3BulON , V0rtex, and me were class mates.
We're all educated at Harvard College, and we've learnt C and some other programming language. I've benn working on this project since WoW came out. Later some of my classmates joined to my project. We've been analyzing the Gamecards structure, lenght, algorithm.
Each code is 25 numbers long, with numbers between 0 and 9, and no letters. That means 10 possible number choices for each spot, along the 25 digit long code. So that means 10 x 10 x 10.... etc. 25 times. So 10^25, or 1 x10^25, or 10000000000000000000000000 possible combinations.
As you can see, this is a very big number. It's impossible to "guess" a Gamecard key.
Blizzard is generates gamecard keys, with their special program, which uses a 256bit AES hashed algorithm, that is impossible to revert, or crack. That means you'll never be able to generate gamecard keys, there is no such thing "Gamecard generator".

We've figured out that Blizzard have different algorithms, for EU and US keys. Since we are Europeans, we investigated EU keys.
By time, we gathered around ~1000 used EU Gamecards from friends, family, over the internet etc, so we could work at them, analyzing the keys.

2006.08.21 - We've found the EU Gamecard basic generating offset!

It's a key, that lets you duplicate an EU Gamecard key, by multiplying the basic offset and your key's binomial distribution. (It's now for generating brand new keys, as I mentioned it before). We were very happy, and we couldn't believe what we've found. It looks like blizzard isnt that big genius as we thought, we could revert their basic generating offset. We bought gamecards, duplicated them, then sold them for halfprice on eBay.

After a while we've became a closed internet community, with around ~300 members. We were trading gamecards , duplicated keys for each others.

By time, we became a big community, members joined to us, and at 2006.12.11 - we had around ~2600 members!
Nobody knew about us, we were living our own underground world silently.
Also some scammers appeared on the internet, offering gamecard generating, etc... we've just laughed on them.

2009.24.13 - We decided to close the forum, and retire.
We didnt duplicated any key to anyone anymore. Just to ourselves.

Nowdays, WoW is boring, and since we don't want to sell the basic offset for money, we just release it for the other player, who tired of paying money for playing WoW.

Here is a FAQ which should hopefully answer any questions which you may have about the program and It's uses:

Q: Is it detected by blizzard? They can't see such things?
A: No, they don't watch for adding more GC key, its money for them. Except if someone calls them, and tell about our program. They would probably call back all gamecards, and make a new hashing algo.

Q: Will this hack always work?
A: It's hard to say how long this hack is going to work, i suppose it all depends on how responsible people are with this hack.

Q: Can I get banned for using this hack?
A: We used this tool for 4 years, and none of us got banned. Use own risk.
