Wow! You're totally self-taught? That's incredible! As to the drones slipping out of the stock---and forgive my ignorance; I'm a Scottish piper---can you use hemp twine around the drone boss where it inserts into the stock in order to give you a tighter fit? I'm impressed at any rate. Very nicely done! No one would know you're self-taught from listening to you.

Maith thu, a ghraidh. You're doing very well for a beginner with no tuition, but you seriously need to slow down, and get some tuition from an able tutor. Try to get to oneof the Willy Clancy schools or some such.
Also, listen carefully to the great pipers (such as O Floinn). Learning some Irish can also be a help, as every music is driven by its language.
There is also a program that would be useful called Amazing X CD Slowdowner from Roni.
I wish you luck!

Slow down a bit. But absolutely amazing for self taught. For the stock use waxed hemp. You can get it in most fishing shops or from na píobairí uilleann at pipers.ie
Btw is this that English girl from milltown malbay 2011? The 1 with the 1 pound stuck on her d key on the baritone reg? Hi.
