  • Can Fallout 3 work on my laptop?

    Windows Vista SP2

    CPU: Pentium (R) Dual-Core 2.1GHz T4300

    RAM: 3 Gt

Video Card: Mobile Intel (R) Family Chipset Express

    32-bit

  • @Peztu1 That looks too weak to run Fallout 3 at a decent setting/fps. I would pass on that one if you intend to game for sure.

  • looks damn good, how do you think it would run on a HP Pavilion DV8-1080ea? Intel® Core™ i7-720QM Processor

    - 1.6 GHz

    - 2.5 GT/s DMI

    - 6 MB Smart Cache

4gb RAM (probably get another 4 if i buy it)

with NVIDIA GeForce GT 230 with 1 GB dedicated Graphics Memory.

  • @liamjd1 should be able to play it just fine ;)

  • i just install this in my laptop if i start a new game the game closes and it says the game has stopped???

  • @honey0807D lol that's an error mate, make sure you patch it up to the latest version before starting a new game

  • @mentalpineapple i would say that you probably shouldn't buy it as my laptop has about those kind of specs, maybe more, and i only just managed to get it working to a degree of playability on its lowest possible settings ad my FPS was still quite low even after that. I had to tweak the game in order to get it working and i must have spent a good few hours on the internet looking around for solutions and optimization. You would be best off making sure somehow you could run it (torrents etc...) t

  • @Gwynnbleid030 yesi can ;) on lowest settings :DD

  • @Peztu1 u cant run minecraft on that video card of yours.

  • @AndrosForever well i run fallout 3 on meduim with an ati hd 4200

  • @liamjd1 did you get it to work because I am using windows 7 and it does not work

  • @abcd239999 not sure i just copied and pasted specs, i dont know a great deal bout processors etc hence why i am asking people on youtube.

  • @liamjd1 how could a i7 processor run at only 1.6ghz?
