Even-numbered 4-stroke radials do not exist as there is no physical way to make them run smooth, unless you had an engine that is four rows of three cyliders each (three-cylinder radials don't have any power anyway). I don't know that a straight-12 would be even feasible.

Nice 292.
Good strong workhorse engine. Will run forever if kept at 2500 rpms and properly cooled.
