This documentary, made by local filmmakers Jim Palmer and Roy Turner, is the story of Elvis' first performance at the fair in 1945 and his celebrated return to Tupelo in 1956. During the research for this film, the filmmakers uncovered rare film footage of the parade, many never-before-seen photographs, rare color footage of Elvis' evening performance in the red velvet shirt, and some unique and heartwarming stories told by those who were there. $5 cover with complementary popcorn and soda.
