Scout requires skill, it has the 2nd slowest rate of fire in the game and requires a headshot to kill, unlike the AWP. The only reason people think the scout lags is because for some reason hit boxes lag more if you have he scout equipped.

I am sorta new 2 cs:s and just got it because I had to to play gmod, and one day I decided I should play, and I sucked, so I just play with bots on easy and eventually went from easy to expert. But I still suck when I play online.
