You showed the neighborhood I grew up in, the bar my aunt worked in, the Little Caesar's I worked at....oh, there goes the house my husband and I bought in 2001 and left in 2004 just before the owner of that little store on the corner got shot! There's no way in hell I'd raise my kid in BC if I could help it. It's changed an awful lot just in the last ten years and I'm glad I left when my son was a baby. Maybe someday it'll turn around, but i doubt it.

There are bad parts to every city, big or small. All you filmed was the bad parts, next time you should drive by the wealthy parts. Oh wait, im sure you don't know where those are because you were never priveleged enough to live there. By the looks of your cheap car, you are not much wealthier than the people you filmed. @HawkF350 Actually, I drive an inexpensive car so I can invest the extra money that would have otherwise been tied up in a large car payment, in my savings and my house. Is that too hard for you to comprehend? If you choose to do different, great, you've put money in something that will only depreciate with time, unlike housing. Also, I grew up in Pennfield which is a nice area, and me and husband make over 100 grand a year, so, sorry, but none of your assumptions are true.

Yeah well I have been everywhere in BC. I know every corner of BC. Been there done that. At night. BC has several areas you shouldn't walk thru at any time. All it takes is some attitude, "Hey you got thirty eight cents?" "Fuck no!" "You didn't have to say it like that!" "Like I give a shit." The hood ain't all that bad, but Post Addition is the new shithole in BC. Along with South Ave area. Makes the north side look like suburbia for the most part.

Nigga come on you can't blame the people. BC used to be the biggest manufacturing city in the world for more than a decade. Cars, cereal, even pickles nigga. Pickles. go up to Minges Brooks and goguac. Where the real BC is at. not North side or east side. Or springfield.

I have to go back to BC this summer...gonna be weird. I'm 26 and lived there most of my life until 25. I'm out in Cali, the wild wild west.....anyways, gonna be odd being back in B.C.

smh.. if your that miserable in B.C. move already!!! there's crime in every city!! just look @ how tiny Albion is & what goes on there!!!! you have good neighborhoods & bad neighborhoods!!! there are trashy folks in even the nicest of neighborhoods!! B.C. is a slow lil place, yes Lansing & everyone else's malls get everything before we do here.. but, it's full of AWESOME people!!! you won't make a million here legally, but it can be a very nice place to raise your kids!!!!
