Training video used to teach and motivate defensive players on our kick pressure units. Video is shown after 1-2 days of drills and practice so the inside and outside pressure units can see how it applies in a game situation. The kick pressure unit is usually the defensive unit on the field with minimal substitutions except for our deep returners.
This video is also updated every season. The defensive unit's goal each year has been to make it into the top 5 all time plays.
