Why are you installing Snow Leopard server on your macbook? You do realize that you have to keep it on forever just to have the website open and active?

when I want to add users or groups, it said "open directory master creation failed" what does it mean?

Servers should run services, do not bother to install a client OS.

@serialkissersband you can have two partitions where one is OS X client and the other is OS X server. switch between them using bootcamp.
