Hi i'm taking Ultimate omega the recommended dosage
is 2 per day. Can i safely increase my dosage to 3-4 a day.
Only been taking it for 2 1/2 weeks for the first time ever!

hello, i say a friend of mine who was told to take 24 of norwegian fish oil pills for 4 days and 6 for 2 weeks. he witness him up and walking in 3 days,he was up and walking and had NO pain. I witnessed all of it. my question to you,i have a girlfrind who has diabetes,she has imflimation all the time,could i get her on the same dose as the guy im talking about here. would it hurt her? your thoughts,

@gladheateher4now - sorry for the delayed reply. You are asking a very open question - omega-3 would be of great benefit to your girlfriend however there are a host of Norwegian fish oil products available with varied doses of DHA, EPA and other omega oils. We recommend your girlfriend speaks to a qualified practitioner to get a complete treatment protocol but we would expect that omega-3's would definitely be a part of this as they are important for diabetic patients.
