Radioactivity of strontium 90 isotope in sealed source tested with Russian made Kvarts DRGB-90 Geiger counter. Aluminium foil, glass pane and 2 layered thin lead sheet tested for shielding effects. Radiation measurement in x10 setting were up to 20 úSv per hour. Although indicated as beta radiation, it should read as beta minus radiation (as opposed to beta positive).

  • i heared this izotop forms after an nuclear bomb explodes, and if ppl get in contact with it, even in verry small amount it gets in teeth, and slowly radiates the person.

    dunno the conditions in wich it forms
