How To:
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, arms at your sides, and a dumbbell in each hand. Raise the dumbbells at the same time and as you lift, turn your palms upward so that the weight is parallel to the floor. Lift until the dumbbells reach shoulder height and return to starting position.
