such as road rage and stare downs that turn violent. Another good one is walking away I walked away from people pulling guns on me I walked away from many situations like that. When someone tries to drag you in to something that they cant really handle walk away and you will see how clueless they would look making a fool of themselves. so those feathers that were rilled up in me is hers now when she settles down get to her destination she will inherit that negative energy she threw at me.

Key things in life to practice AWARENESS having a low awarness is not good at all basically you are not and paying attention, Patience is key especially is desperate situations when your rushing you make big mistakes. Another one that would avoid bull crap is to have composure and self discipline. This one all the old schoolers know and moms out there if you dont know someone dont go there with him or her that mistake is done so often that's why we have tragedies.
