Hate the gym? So do I, but my body loves going. These exercises are not as good as going to the gym, but for those of us who can't, won't should, could, might, will think about, have thought about, haven't got time, don't want to, can't afford, are too busy, have kids etc., etc., etc., to go, this is for you. in other words, no more excuses exercises.

See your Health Care Practitioner before undertaking any new exercise program.
