"Offences under sections 12 and 14 are only punishable by a fine. Breach of Section 12/14 is not, therefore, an arrestable offence under Section 24 PACE,""" - actually thats the guidance of the action to be taken. Someone can still be arrested without warrant those in breach of it, given a verbal warning or a fixed penalty notice... It depends on the circumstances. Guidance says FPT but it doesnt mean exclusively.

@RtardD2 your use of Christ in the same disgusting sentence putting rapists above people who care for animals is sickening. You need to sort out your issues if you haven't since that comment, and educate yourself on what rape is and how it affects people. Also if you are unwilling to respect the traditions of this country, you don't really have a right to live here now do you?

@OiOi1972 so most of the country are crazy freaks? As most of the country support the rights that our ancestors died for (right to peaceful protest for example) and are against the wearing of fur. And shall I take it you would stamp on an animal's head, as your attitude of buying fir obviously means you approve of animal cruelty? Newsflash: Most of the country hate people like you. I personally am simply disappointed with your immaturity and behaviour, but most hate you.

@jendrixhendrix grow up and stop twisting things. He was clearly getting irate and trying to stop a legal peaceful demonstration.

@revengzmine Think the police know better and anyway...better to threaten them with something worse. That way they arent going to ignore it.

@OiOi1972 extremists? have you actually been fucked in the head at some point. ignorance is bliss untill you realize how much of an ignorant twat you are.
"Can you calm down," the Sgt was fair and honest and clear in his speach and they look for an angle to make him seem like a bad guy, get a life!
