  • Just excellent and essential viewing for any sales executive. We work hard on this front but Jeffrey put it across so well and funny too, especially calling Daddy.

  • this advice is fabulous for job interviews as well. After an interview, I included a list of new sources of business and beginning suggestions on how to approach them. This got me two return interviews and it's down to two candidates now.

    This objection approach might work in dating situations as well, but my husband would rather I not research that.
