Bush put terrorists in prison, FDR put innocent US citizens into internment camps. FDR created the welfare state which has led to our modern debt crisis, prolonged the great depression by expanding Hoover's progressive policies which led to the 1929 stock market crash, and put Japanese citizens into concentration camps.

That is the makings of a tyrant, not a great president
