if u want strong arms practice one handed swinging your stick in dif directions thats what my coach does and he does one haned wraps and rusty gates like brodie merrill

You sound like your girlfriend just broke up with you...and why do that exercise when i can do wall ball...waste of time...lift heavy, eat big, take multi, and do sprints.
