Tibetan pilgrims are "shot like dogs" by Chinese border troops. Footage was taken by Romanian cameraman Sergiu Matei, who was among a group of climbers in the Himalayas. Date: 30 Sept, 2006

Americans shot the Natives like buffalos during its expansion to the west. They did a good job of silencing the natives by putting the remainders in reserves. If natives had a figure like Dalai lama i wonder what the Americans would've done to him. again, Armed can be defined differently especially by American cops, they consider you as armed if you have a fork in or hand and can shot you based on that.
