It used to do about 90 percent of its investments in the United States, 10 percent outside. Today, if you look at Intel Capital Investments, about 50 percent are in the U.S. and 50 percent are in Asia, primarily India and China. So when you look at the entrepreneurial character, the marketplace, the startups, the enthusiasm, the entrepreneurship, it is there and happening as measured by venture capital investments in the high tech field."
