Friend and Former The Hoax guitar player; Jon Amor - performing his great; "Hit So Hard" on german TV. Th eentie song, nothing less than 16 minutes long, so I had to split up the video in two. Great stuff...! Enjoy.
i don't really know the hoax. i have seen them here on you tube, on later with jools holland (with jon looking rather unfortunate!). when i said 'the band...' i was refering to AMOR, which as i'm sure you know, and as the name suggests, was jon's own band, after the hoax and before he went solo.
They (The Hoax) have kind-of reformed for the occasional gig, I believe: saw them just before Christmas - they were under the name 'Jesse Davey and Friends' (there are clips here on YouT).
i'd put unknown soldier in my top ten favourite albums. and i love the older stuff too. saw the band's farewell gig in southsea and it was amazing, such a tight band.
this guy is a real treat. I've had his first CD in the car since it came out. never seen him live but would love to. any body know wher he will play in UK ?

Opinion from an old-ish (56) music fan?
