*You ARE indeed aloud to make fun of my terrible fake accent. I know it was terrible. Also, my voice sounded completely retarded when I recorded it. I believe it was a mixture of my allergies and poor audio cleaning on my part. And YES, that was my real voice unaltered.

The Arbiter gains the benefit of Chief's having to use proper English in exchange for helping after Master Chief lied. Arbiter didn't have a real reason not to believe Master Chief, so it wouldn't be so much "blindly" following Chief.
