  • ROFL!!!! Its been there the whole time. An unfinished project my husband started a few years ago, so now it sits in my room, the shrink wrap practically the only thing holding it together, lol. Thanks for the smile by asking Maria :)

  • It's clear you understand exercise, how to do it and what to do. I am glad you experienced again the feeling of being outside early in the morning. It's a good feeling. The squats are important. They are a core part of the Crossfit workouts I do. This new found relationship with exercise has the potential to change your life. Stay strong.

  • You go girl! I am so impressed! Your lungs will adapt. I'm sure you know that but that is definitely something I've been learning while I've been doing the Couch-to-5K program. I had no idea my body would adapt so quickly.

    The squats while watching videos is a great idea, I'll definitely start doing that & maybe some tricep dips too. :)

  • i am SO proud of you, stacy! you did it! i am trying to figure out what kind of exercise i should do for the challenge. so far i've just been walking. the squats is a great idea. i am just so proud of you, stacy. i wish we could talk more! i have been offline for a while but i've been totally rocking the challenge. your vids have been great.
