This is one of those very few styles and feels where you can kind of get away from each other as a band and do a little of your own thing and it just works. Here it works cause these are such mature musicians and no one is trying to get in each others' way. It's just so cool that I can't stop coming back to this dang video.

I know joe is a god and the bassist is a beast, but pay a little attention to the drummer! his performance is pure perfection!!!!! awesome gig. too bad the other guitar can't show off it all...

I am not a fan AT ALL of instrumental guitar playing. That being said, I love Joe Satriani. I find he is the only one with any taste. None of the others can touch his taste, style, and dynamics. you can also find a modesty in his playing, that I love.
