  • Anybody knows 180 or 240 3g ssd model for macbook air fits 11" late 2010 macbook air?

Actually. I know I can install both model in my air, but the thing I wanna know is whether upper 128gb ssd perfectly fits 11" air or not. As I known 64gb and 128gb ssd has single layered flash memories. but over 256gb has double layered. Thus, the backcover of air is bumped up a little bit if 256 ssd, db layered, was installed on 11" late 2010 air.

  • @ecoplace Yes, the 240GB and 480GB Mercury Aura Pro Express drives are compatible with the 11-inch MacBook Air 2010 models

  • Does anybody know if I can use this SSD as replace part for my Asus UX31E?

  • @TheLerrys No, the form factor is different. Your Asus UX31E uses a half-slim SATA drive. We do not carry a replacement SSD for that model.

  • Can i uppgrade my 11 inch from 2gb ram to 4gb ?

  • @xJZ3x Unfortunately, as the RAM is soldered to the motherboard itself, it is not upgradeable on the MacBook Air.

  • @olsonr50 Where can I buy a 248GB SSD for my 2011 version 13" MacBook Air? Where did you buy yours?

  • @sameerramesh254 Installation is similar, we do have the videos for the 2011 models available on our YouTube Channel.

  • Will this work in the 2011 model as well, or have they changed the design? Also what's a decent Samsung SSD?

  • @suddrkj 2:00 to get to the part a retard doesn't already know
